Liu Shijin, a vice-minister of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), joined the 3rd International Conference on Futures and Derivatives Markets and 1st Shanghai Futures and Derivatives Market Forum, in Shanghai, on Oct 31, where he addressed the gathering. The conference was sponsored by the Shanghai Futures Exchange and Shanghai Institute of Futures and Derivatives.
