Li Wei, President of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), had a discussion with Prof Melissa Leach, director of the UK's Institute of Development Studies, on April 22 in Beijing, on sustainable development and forms of cooperation.

DRC's Director-general of the International Cooperation Department, Cheng Guoqiang, and Director-general of its Research Institute for Resources and Environment Policies, Gao Shiji, joined the meeting.
