Li Wei, President of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), met with Nathan Guy, Minister for Primary Industries of New Zealand, and John McKinnon, New Zealand Ambassador to China, on Nov 15 in Beijing where they exchanged views on agriculture, agricultural product trade, and strengthening trade between the two countries.

Joining the meeting were Cheng Guoqiang, Director-General of the DRC's International Cooperation Department, and Ye Xingqing, Director-General of the DRC's Research Department of Rural Economy.
