A delegation from the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC) led by Lu Wei, Director-General of DRC’s Department of Techno-Economic Research(DTER), surveyed the implementation of the civil-military integration strategy in Chengdu and Mianyang, Sichuan province in southwest China from March 16 to 19.

The delegation held talks with local government, military academies, businesses, and universities and colleges and filed surveys of local military organizations.
