Gao Shiji attends China-US dialogue on energy, climate and sustainable development

Gao Shiji, Director-General and research fellow of the Institute for Resources and Environment Policies, attended “China-US Experts’ Dialogue on Energy, Climate, Sustainable Development” from June 12 to 13. Gao delivered a keynote speech on “China’s road towards green development: outlook for the 13th Five-Year Plan”.

The event was jointly organized by the National Center for Climate Change Strategy and International Cooperation (NCSC) and the World Resources Institute (WRI). The two organizations called on experts from several think tanks and leading research institutes in China and the US to discuss climate cooperation and exchange views on climate financing, climate and trade policies, technology transference, and carbon market cooperation.
