Cheng Huiqiang, Director-General Assistant and research fellow of the Research Institute of Resources and Environment Policies, attended a meeting on public security reform in the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, on September 8. Cheng delivered a report on coordinated development of circular economy between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. More than 100 people took part in the event.
