Xie Yang has served as a professional and technical post judge for the DRC since 1995. He is a special contribution expert with a special government allowance authorized by the Ministry of Human Resources. He was an expert member of the Soft Science Committee, Ministry of Agriculture; a panel member of the "Urbanization and Urban Development" project, a study on national science and technology mid-to-long-term development and planning strategies; and a member of the advisory committee of the Ministry of Construction.
