Research fellow and Vice-Director-General of Research Department of Industrial Economy, Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC)
In 1997, he got Doctoral Degree in economics from Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
After his graduation, he took his first job in the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and worked there until 2001. From 2001-Present, he has worked in the Research Department of Industrial Economy of DRC.
His research field is mainly focused on industrial economy.
He has, as a program officer, participated in the following projects:

Study on China's Mid- and Long-term Energy Development Strategy;
China's Low Carbon Development Path;
Strategy on Structure Adjustment of China's Auto Industry;
