Japanese Education Minister Yoshimasa Hayashi visited the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC) on May. 4. Li Wei, President of DRC, met with the delegation led by Hayashi and outlined the economic situation in China, reform of State-owned enterprises, and the country’s monetary policies.

The two sides also exchanged views on economic cooperation.
