Abstract: Internet Plus healthcare is a new kind of medical mode, linking doctors with patients through Internet, providing information on disease prevention and treatment, online consultation and prescription and relevant services. It uses artificial intelligence technology to assist diagnosis. It can help make full use of high-quality medical resources, expand the channels for people to seek healthcare and optimize the efficiency of cross-regional and cross-level allocation of medical resources, but it also brings new challenges to present regulatory systems. In recent years, the government has encouraged doctors to practice in community-level clinics and extended trials to apply a tiered diagnosis and treatment model as well as telemedicine projects. These explorations have provided preliminary preparations for the development and supervision of Internet Plus healthcare, but the research findings show that regulatory objects, key points, institutions and means all demand innovation. It is suggested that relevant departments should provide positive support, reform supervision through innovation in an orderly manner and improve quality. Pilot projects could be carried out in areas where medical resources are scarce, and the patient-oriented principle should be observed. Efforts need to focus on the supervision of diagnosis and treatment quality and medical safety, the improvement of the supervision and coordination mechanism, the enhancement of the supervision ability of big data technology, the optimization of government services and the promotion of the healthy development of Internet Plus healthcare.
