Long Guoqiang, Vice-President of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC) , met with Joachim Lang, Director General and Member of the Presidential Board of the Federation of German Industries, on August 14.

They exchanged views on Sino-US trade frictions, foreign investment in China, China's State-owned enterprise reform, the macroeconomic situation, and strengthening Sino-German exchange of views on issues such as economic, trade and investment cooperation.
