On Sept. 18, Lyu Wei, from the Research Department of Innovation Development of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), held talks with Dr. Clemens Chaskel, a senior fellow from the Institute of Manufacturing Research (IfM) at the University of Cambridge.

They discussed issues on new technology predictions, technology roadmaps and technical management methods.

Vice-director-general Tian Shangjie, Xiong Hongru and Zhang Xin also attended the meeting.
