Li Wei, President of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), met with Venezuelan Ambassador to China Ivan Zerpa on Sept 26.

Ivan Zerpa conveyed the appreciation and gratitude of President Nicolás Maduro Moros to Li for the warm reception of DRC during his visit to China and the success of the symposium.
