A meeting on international exchange and cooperation of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC) was held from January 25 to 26.

The meeting was aimed to systematically summarize the achievements and experience of the DRC’s international exchanges and cooperation, discuss the advantages and challenges of its international cooperation work, and arrange key tasks for the next five years.

At the meeting, DRC President Li Wei delivered a work report themed on pushing the DRC’s international exchange and cooperation work to a new level. Ma Jiantang, Secretary of DRC Leading Party Members’ Group, delivered a summary at the meeting.

In the past five years, the DRC has been committed to becoming a world-leading high-end think tank, exploring and deepening bilateral and multilateral cooperation mechanisms at the national level, consolidating and expanding its global partnership network, and has established the Center for International Knowledge on Development. At present, the DRC's international exchanges and cooperation work is facing new situations and challenges, and will require new efforts in the future.

The meeting requested that all DRC departments should fulfill their responsibilities and achieve high-quality development in international exchange and cooperation.
