Zhang Laiming, Vice-president of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), met with Mario Cimoli, Deputy Executive Secretary of the UN Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC), on April 24.

The two sides exchanged views on issues such as sustainable development, Belt and Road construction, and clean energy.

After the meeting, in the presence of Zhang, Gong Sen, Executive Vice-President of the Center for International Knowledge on Development, signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation with Cimoli.
