Long Guoqiang, Vice-President of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), met with a delegation from the World Bank headed by Victoria Kwakwa, Vice-President for East Asia and Pacific, on September 17, 2019.

They exchanged views on issues such as Innovative China: New Drivers of Growth, the joint research report by DRC and the World Bank, the reform of State-owned enterprises, and the relationship between governments and markets.
