Ma Jiantang, Secretary of the Leading Party Members’ Group of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), met with Tharman Shanmugaratnam, Senior Minister and Coordinating Minister for Social Policies of Singapore on November 22, 2019.

They exchanged views on regional economic cooperation, the multilateral trade system, and enhancing cooperation between DRC and relevant Singapore institutions.
