Wang Yiming, Vice-President of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), met with Mohamed El Hacen Lebatt, the strategic advisor to the chairman of the African Union Commission and former minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Mauritania, on December 3, 2019.
