Abstract: The education service industry is a modern service industry that has developed rapidly with the new round of scientific and technological revolution as well as consumption and demand upgrade. In recent years, it has shown prominent capability of providing employment opportunities in domestic industries for labor forces, especially for college graduates. It is important to ease impacts of the epidemic on the education service industry and bring the role of education service companies to create jobs into full play for stabilizing employment, especially for easing their rising employment pressure in recruiting college graduates. Based on industrial assessments as well as investigations and analyses of enterprises, it is necessary to further boost the job creation of China’s education service industry, increase joint effects of policies, help education service companies maintain existing jobs, improve the role of industrial associations and leading enterprises, and support the construction of mutual assistance platforms for talent supply and demands. Related government departments need to improve the ability of industries in innovation and entrepreneurship to create new jobs, release the potential of education service consumption and improve the education consumption environment to meet upgraded demands.
