Duan Bingde |
Bingde Duan is a Research Fellow at the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC)
From January 2020 to June 2020, he was an Asian Fellow at John F.Kennedy School of Government of Harvard University.
He obtained his PH.D. in Economics from Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences(GSCASS) in 2007 and joined DRC then.
He was a fruitful scholar in public finance, he has participated in many research projects on tax reform and public expending policies.
He was a practitioner and researcher on poverty reduction.
From December 2015 to May 2018, he served on a poverty alleviation mission and worked as a deputy county mayor in Hebei Province.
