Long Guoqiang, Vice-President of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), attended the 2020 online high-level conference of the Governing Board of the OECD Development Centre (DEV) on Oct 6. He delivered a keynote speech on China's efforts to combat the COVID-19 pandemic and resume work and production.

The themes of the conference included COVID-19 crisis response and international cooperation and inclusive and sustainable economic and social recovery. The conference also discussed the work priorities and future development of the OECD Development Center.

Ministerial delegations from 56 member states of the OECD Development Center and heads of relevant international organizations attended the meeting.
