Research Report, No.296, 2020 (Total 6040) 2020-12-11

Abstract: It is of great significance to implement a more effective long-term mechanism, to establish a more perfect career planning and to build a sustainable career environment in view of the major problems in the development of college graduate village officials’ professionalization. For most of the college graduate village officials, the experience at the grass-roots level in rural areas is important, but they are not willing to limit themselves in the countryside for a long time, so the professional development of college graduate village officials still faces many problems such as the conflict between temporary employment orientation and stable career development, the conflict between disordered work content and professional career development, the conflict between personal sense of gain and career achievement. Thus the development of college graduate village officials’ professionalization is suggested to be strengthened in the following aspects. First, improve the talent guidance of college graduate village officials’ management and employment. Second, strengthen the cultivation and promotion of college graduate village officials’ professional spirit. Third, actively explore the integration of college graduate village officials’ career development and broad social management. Fourth, increase the cooperation among colleges, villages and government departments, and establish a targeted talent training mechanism.
