Long Guoqiang, Vice-President of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), met with Martin Raiser, World Bank’s Country Director for China and Mongolia, and Director for Korea, on Oct 19.
They exchanged views on work arrangements for a joint flagship research project between the two sides.
