Abstract: China needs to further refine the public service platform for enterprises to go global. We need to do a good job in the following aspects. 1. We need to keep improving the public information service platform for enterprises to go global, through which to provide more accurate and efficient information services, and to improve the business support function for enterprises to go global based on that. 2. We need to establish an international commercial legal service system to assist enterprises in resolving commercial disputes in raising global presence. 3. We need to improve the tax service system for Chinese enterprises to extend their reach overseas, and support Chinese enterprises operating overseas in dealing with taxation risks such as taxation differences, duplicate tax charges, tax disputes and overseas investment. 4. We need to build a multi-tiered, multi-category and all-dimentional system of financial support services for going global. 5. We need to flesh out the risk prevention and control service system for enterprises to expand overseas presence. 6. We need to integrate overseas parks into the comprehensive service system and strengthen the construction of overseas networks. 7. We need to improve services to facilitate trade and investment. Last but not the least, we need to attach importance to division of labor and cooperation of multiple departments to form synergy for services; and support the vigorous development of services related to Chinese enterprises’ going global.
