China is about to embark on the next phase of a remarkable economic journey, aiming for higher quality and more sustainable growth, the IMF chief said Sunday.

Zhang Junkuo, vice-minister of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), met with the delegation from Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Zhang Junkuo, Vice President of DRC, met with Mr. Faryar Shirzad, Managing Director for Global Head of Government Affairs of Goldman Sachs & Co.

Both sides exchanged views on resolution of Third Plenary Session of 18th CPC Central Committee and prospect of China’s economic development.

Minister Li Wei delivered keynote speech on the subject of sustainable urban development.
