Lu Wei, director-general of the Department of Techno-economic Research of the Development Research Center of the State Council, had a meeting with Wu Sikang, deputy director of the Shenzhen Research Center for Urban Development, to discuss various issues in introducing new high-technology and related policies and in getting financial support for industrial development.
