The Research Institute of Resources and Environment Policies of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC) held a seminar on the study of mechanisms for China’s carbon trading market on Sept 10.
Li Zuojun, vice-director-general of the institute and leader of the research project, chaired the seminar along with Wang Haiqin, associate research fellow. They reported on the project’s progress. Scholars and experts from Tsinghua University, Peking University, Beijing Normal University and SinoCarbon Innovation & Investment Co were present at the seminar.
