Abstract：

The paper gives a comprehensive illustration of Sino-Russian economic and trade relations improvement in the new stage and makes the following suggestions. To promote the upgrading of Sino-Russian trade structure and steadily push forward the cooperation for energy resources; To further tap the potential for commodity export; To vigorously raise the local cooperation level; To enhance the regional cooperation between China's Northeast and Russia's Far East; To improve the export rebate system for civil trade and increase the volume for border trade.
