Abstract:　

The area of the three rivers' headstream is located in the core of the Tibet Tableland, and essential to the safety of China's environment and economy. The environment of this area is very frail due to high altitude and cold climate, and would hardly restore if it were destroyed. The degradation and desertification of grassland in the area is getting worse, concrete countermeasures should be adopted immediately in order to hold back the trend.
