Abstract：

In view of China's actual situation and its domestic and foreign environment, China should persist in the energy-saving strategy in the long run during the new period. The enforcement of energy-saving should rely on science and technology progress, the utilization of market mechanism and the guiding role of policies. The government department for the management of energy-saving should attach adequate emphasis to standard mark and designing standard, raise the national conscientiousness for energy-saving and push forward a thorough work for energy conservation.
