-- Survey on export rebates in Ningbo city

Abstract:　　

There exist six issues related to export rebates policy and system. With the fast development of import and export, these issues will bring about fiercer contradictions between public finance and foreign trade enterprises. The present fiduciary account loan method for export rebates has both pros and cons and should be implemented prudently. The goal of system construction and transitional methods should be worked out in light of issues related to tax reimbursement for export.
