Abstract:
With economic globalization and trade liberalization, intellectual property has become an important tool for international competition. The main changing trend of intellectual property abroad is that intellectual property protection is related to trade and the scope and level of protection has been expanded and raised. At present, China's enterprises are facing fierce competition for intellectual property, some foreign companies are racing to control the high-tech market in China and the traditional industries are confronted with menace from intellectual property competition. Under these circumstances, intellectual property in China is facing the dual task of enforcing intellectual property protection and realizing the state competition strategy.
