Yu Bin, Director-General of the General Office of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), met with Professor Enrique Dussel Peters, coordinator of the China-Mexico Studies Center of the National Autonomous University of Mexico, on July 10.

They talked about China's outbound direct investment, overseas infrastructure projects of Chinese enterprises and cooperation between the two sides.
