Abstract: China’s foreign policy has constantly followed the basic principle of mutual respect and cooperation for win-win results towards peaceful development. Such a principle is based on self-development, the maintenance of world peace mutual benefit and common wins and positive interaction with all countries in the world without sacrificing the core interests of the country. China will continue to build a global partnership on the basis of deepening its diplomatic layout, strengthen its friendly relations with neighboring countries in accordance with the concept of amity, sincerity, mutual benefit and inclusiveness. In developing amicable and sincere relations and promoting unity and cooperation with developing countries, China has, by taking into account both interests and obligations, actively conducted multilateral diplomacy, and continuously deepened and improved its diplomatic layout. China will adhere to the principle of fairness and justice to lead the reform of the global governance system, firmly safeguard the international system with the United Nations at the core, promote the development of the global governance system towards a fairer direction, and take concerted actions with the international community to jointly deal with global challenges.
