Abstract: “The Strictest Protection” and “Lucid Waters and Lush Mountains are Invaluable Assets” are cornerstones of Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization. Without the coordination of the two, there would be no ecological civilization. The conditions for coordinating the two in the national park area are the best, but it is necessary to scientifically understand the “strictest protection” and to innovate systems and mechanisms (with the construction of detailed conservation easement protection system and value-adding product brand system of national parks as the core). In this process, it is necessary to adhere to space coordination (the coordination of different functional zones within the national park), internal and external coordination (the coordination of areas within and around the national park), and the organization coordination (the coordination of different organizations including the national park management agencies, local governments, local communities, and social organizations). On the basis of “the strictest protection”, the value of ecological products needs to be realized continuously, so that stakeholders can cooperate to form a community of interests jointly striving for great protection, form a life community of landscape, forest, field, lake, grass and people, and realize the harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.

Key words: national park, strictest protection, lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets, conservation easement, value-adding product brand system of national parks
