Long Guoqiang, vice-president of the Development Research Center of the State Council, led a delegation to visit Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, from Nov 25 to 28, 2025.

During the visit, Long attended the inaugural Autumn Economic Forum and delivered remarks at its opening ceremony. He also participated in a policy dialogue and a China-Vietnam business matchmaking event.

Long met with Bui Thanh Son, Deputy Prime Minister of  Vietnam, exchanging views on issues of mutual interest. The delegation also visited a data center operated by Vietnam's CMC Corporation.
