Cong Liang

Vice-president and member of the leading Party members group of the Development Research Center of the State Council 

Cong Liang, male, Han ethnicity, was born in December 1971. He holds a postgraduate diploma and a doctoral degree in economics. He is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC).

He is currently an alternate member of the 20th CPC Central Committee, vice-president and a member of the leading Party members group of the Development Research Center of the State Council.
