Department for Party-related Affairs (Personnel Bureau) is responsible for Party building and discipline inspection in the DRC and its affiliated institutions, and leads the work of mass organizations within the DRC. It is also responsible for cadre and personnel affairs, organizational staffing and services for retired personnel. The department has a commission for discipline inspection, which undertakes discipline inspection and work related to improving Party conduct and upholding integrity in the DRC and its affiliated institutions.
