The Institute for Public Administration and Human Resources is a public institution directly under the DRC. It focuses on public policy, crisis management, social governance, cultural development, think tank development, human resources development and the development of China's entrepreneurial talent pool, and puts forward policy recommendations. It also undertakes policy interpretation and evaluation in relevant fields, carries out international cooperation and exchanges, provides human-resources training for the national policy advisory system, and offers related consulting services.
